We are not responsible for natural variations inherent in stone materials beyond our stated product descriptions. Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only and actual products may differ.

We have made every effort to display colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

Dispute Resolution / Binding Arbitration:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any products sold (including breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity) shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

Consumer Protection: This arbitration agreement does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Tampa, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

Class Action Waiver: You and Marento LLC agree that any dispute shall be arbitrated individually. You and Marento LLC waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.

Jury Trial Waiver: You and Marento LLC waive the right to a jury trial.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. To opt out, send a written notice to info@marento.co stating your name, address, and intent to opt out of the arbitration provision. If you opt out, any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.

Small Claims Court: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court (if within jurisdiction) instead of arbitration.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time and will post the most current version on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
