Order Shipping Time
If your items are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
For products that are not in stock and are made to order, the shipping time may vary between 7-10 business days.
After the shipment, delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s workload, seasonal conditions, and regional factors.
Delivery Terms
For large or heavy items in your order, courier staff:
Are not obligated to make door deliveries to buildings without freight elevators or without loading areas at the entrance. Products will be delivered to the nearest safe point accessible by the delivery vehicle.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the dimensional weight (size and weight) of the products.
Returned Products
You can track your shipment status via the courier company’s website or email notifications using your tracking number.
If you are not available at the delivery address, the shipment will be held at the courier’s branch for a maximum of 3 days, allowing you time to collect it.
If not collected within 3 days, the shipment will be returned, and the product will be resent to you as cash on delivery.
